Beyond payroll, we're your strategic business partner.
Payroll that's easy to use and intelligent.
The IRS estimates that 40 percent of small to medium-size businesses in the United States end up paying a payroll penalty each year for failing to deposit withholdings, depositing the wrong amount of withholdings, or for incorrect filing. In recent years, the average payroll penalty paid was $845.
Payroll mistakes can happen faster than you think and are often expensive and time-consuming to fix. Using a payroll service is the first step toward minimizing financial risk and taking back control of your schedule-but not all payroll services are created equal.
At Premier Payroll, our goal is to process your payroll accurately and timely. By partnering with us, you can forget about trying to keep up with the ever changing payroll tax laws, wage requirements and other regulations that make payroll harder than it may seem.

Get to know the person you're hiring.
Our affordable screening solution allows you to search background information databases across multiple states and/or for a single state. Our multi-state database searches all criminal databases available to NCS.
Our single state databases do the same, but are exclusive to a specific state. Searches are based on name and date of birth and include both felony and misdemeanor convictions for the past 7-10 years.
Workers' comp insurance.
Workers' Compensation Insurance can pay for three things when an employee is injured at work: medical bills, recovery costs, and partial missed wages. If an employee dies, Workers' Comp can cover funeral costs and benefits to the worker's family.
Depending on state laws and contract requirements, you may need this policy to cover employees, contractors, freelancers, or even yourself. Through our strategic partnerships, we can handle all of your workers' comp insurance needs.
Labor law posters.
Failure to display the most up-to-date State and Federal Labor Law Postings can result in hefty fines or employee lawsuits.
All employers with at least one employee are required to post the most up-to-date State and Federal labor law postings. We have the posters to keep you in compliance now and in the future, no matter what state you operate in.
